Q-Finance is a credit broker and not a lender. We arrange vehicle finance by introducing customers to lenders on our panel.

Whether we act on your behalf or the lender’s, whether our service is advised or non-advised, and whether we search the whole of the market, a panel or a single lender, is set out here before you apply.

We usually receive a commission from the lender when a finance agreement completes. You are entitled to know that commission is payable, and to ask about it.

Your interest rate is determined by several factors such as the age of the vehicle, the amount you borrow and the term of the agreement. These factors may affect the commission we receive from the lender for any agreement that is entered. We will provide customers with a written breakdown of any commission paid by the lender prior to a signing of the credit agreement, which you will acknowledge the presence thereof.

Any fee charged directly to you, and the commission arrangements we hold across the panel, are disclosed to you in writing before you sign a credit agreement.
