Talk customers through their finance options and place applications with the right lender on our panel.
Our advisers are the reason customers come back and recommend us. The role is part product knowledge, part listening carefully to what someone actually needs.
You will be trained on our lending panel and on the compliance side. Prior motor finance experience helps but is not essential.
What you'll do
- Speak to customers about their circumstances and what they are trying to buy.
- Explain hire purchase, PCP and personal loans in plain English.
- Place applications with the most appropriate lender on our panel.
- Keep customers updated through to payout.
What we're looking for
- Comfortable on the phone and genuinely interested in people.
- Accurate with detail — this is regulated work.
- Able to explain something complicated simply.
- Motor finance or consumer credit experience is an advantage.
